The Seattle University music professor founded Key to Change, a nonprofit offering discounted classical music lessons for underprivileged students. His violin has taken him around the world, performing works of the masters and an 18th century French Revolution figure nearly lost to history. He’s taken a university music program from a single concentration to a full degree offering.
